By accessing or using the Cobble platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Use of Services

Cobble provides AI inference infrastructure through API access. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Pricing & Billing

Services are billed according to the pricing plans published on our website. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Credits expire at the end of their billing period unless otherwise stated. Top-up credits do not expire.

API Access & Rate Limits

API access is subject to the rate limits and concurrent request limits of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Cobble provides services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, unpaid balances become immediately due.
